When will my box ship?

All orders received within the month will ship by the 8th of the following month. For example, August 1- September 30th will ship by September 8th. We try to get all our orders out the last week of the month, however please allow till the 8th of September before contacting us about your shipment. You will receive a tracking number once it has been shipped.

How do I make changes to my account or cancel?

Subscriptions renew on the 15th of the month. You can make changes to your subscription, update an address, or skip a box by logging in at www.wildritualsbox.com . Cancellations sent through email are not able to always be addressed in a timely manner. If you wish to avoid renewal, please  login to your account and make the changes there.
